RMA Policy

Please, follow the instructions:

Quadrocopter LLC RMA procedures are as follows: If a product is found to be broken, faulty or otherwise inoperable then please use this RMA to initiate a return. HiSystems GmbH (Mikrokopter.com) items returned will be fixed or replaced by a new part, in kind. Pending on the nature of the malfunction we may chose to send the part directly to the manufacturer for repairs. In cases of SMD board work we will send your part(s) to original manufacturer for repairs. Please be aware that this may take a significant amount of time. Quadrocopter LLC ships RMA items bi-monthly to the manufacturer in Germany. Therefore, it may prove to be more effective to contact HiSystems GmbH directly for an RMA.

Returns will not be shipped until we receive the RMA item. Please do not under any circumstances return a product before receiving prior authorization from our Staff. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge up to 20% of the value of the product. The refund will be issued only after we received, inspected the product and determined that it is in resalable condition. All other refund issues will be considered at a case by case basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of our management based on prior agreement with the customer. We encourage you to contact us if you have any issues with payments, orders and we will resolve the issue at your satisfaction.

All other non-HiSystems products should be returned directly to their manufacturer. Please use this RMA form and we will provide you with the proper contact information.

If a product was damaged during shipping please make a note of the carrier that was used for shipping (ie. USPS, UPS)

1- The items must be in the original resealable packaging.

2- Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package that the product is being shipped back to us in. If multiples of the same item are being returned also note conditions of each individual item being returned.

Please initiate an RMA in the "View Details" section next to the Order Number in your online account.

3. All sales are final for "Scratch and Dent" and used items.
